Simply go to the Fortune City Park and go into the maintenance spot near Royal Flush Plaza and Atlantica Casino. Now combine the 2x4 and the Lawnmower. Still works with combocard or not.
Do the survivor scoops if you want, they'll probably help you level up for the psychos.
