The Good and Bad Far Cry 5 Ending. September 2, 2021 by gabrielangel. After laying Faith Seed to rest, I soldiered on to take down Jacob Seed. He was the last piece of the puzzle before I battled Joseph Seed to the not so happy Far Cry 5 ending. I feel like the game was the perfect length.

Far Cry 5 has the best ending to a game I've ever played. Far Cry 5. I finished the ending of far cry with the resist option today and am absolutely floored. My friend and I had our jaws on the ground for the whole closing of the game, and audibly gasped when the bomb went off. The whole story flipped itself on its head since we spent the Watch the bad ending here:
I hated all the seeds, especially joseph. When I found out that he killed his baby, I hated his guts. I was surprised that I was that mad at him. I couldn't wait to kill him. If the game made me pick "kill him" vs "arrest him", I decided I'd kill him. That's what I thought the ending would be like. Boy, was I wrong.
Agree on a lot of points, especially the ones about the captures, the ending and the removal of hunting. I actually quite enjoyed the game overall, but out of FC3, 4 and 5, it's my least favorite. Far Cry 5 is a bad game, specifically because of the story and the ending. It will never be anything other than a bad game, specifically because of the story and the ending.
