Even if they were, you'd also need management, chassis/suspension/brake work. Bear in mind that by fitting a 1.4 16v engine (Panda 100hp, Grande Punto, Stilo 1.4 16v) will give you much the same performance as a fairly good turbo and factory levels of reliability.
